Russia widens nuclear weapons doctrine, issues warning to West

The Kremlin has updated its nuclear doctrine, allowing for the use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear states under certain conditions. This change is aimed at countries supporting Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. The revised policy expands the list of military threats that could justify a nuclear response and includes more states and alliances.
