Foreign Portfolio Investors inject Rs 10,980 crore in first week of September

Indian stock markets opened September on a high note with significant foreign investments, only to see FPIs sell Rs 904.19 crore of equities due to SEBI’s disclosure deadline. Despite short-term concerns, experts remain positive about long-term prospects. August saw reduced net foreign investment, but a late surge reversed the monthly trend.
