Tamil Nadu chief minister Stalin on Saturday offered justification for not turning up to the Niti Aayog meet convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The DMK supremo riding on a success from the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, said he was “compelled” to seek justice due to the “discriminatory attitude” towards Tamil Nadu reflected in the budget.
